A background in Biochemistry, Nick is certainly the brains of the operation. Nick is in charge of the production process and ensures your beer is well looked after.

Jonny is the guardian of available bottling slots, so get in touch with him if you’d like to make a booking with us. Jonny is also the main site photographer and Chief Tasting Officer.

Role: Bottling Line Guru

Carbonation tests, pallet stacking, forklift driving: there’s nothing Graeme can’t do. He’s also our hub for H&S knowledge, having spent 20 years in a nuclear weapons facility.

Role: Bottling Line Guru

Shrink Wrapper whizz and ‘change parts’ king. When you’ve sheared 40 sheep an hour for a living, using those fast hands to tray up bottles is a piece of cake.

Pete is so fast at changing a label reel that the average bottle run now takes us less time than the average coffee break. Pete’s also your man for any football, golf and cricket updates.

Deciding to spend his placement year working with beer makes Dan our wisest team member. Dan has been focusing on our Social Media, growing our follower count from 0 to over 200.
